Product Designer We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our team and shape the future of Framer. You’ll design thoughtful, high-impact solutions that improve the user experience and increase product growth.

What you’ll do

  • Create high-quality mockups, prototypes, and user flows.

  • Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities.

  • Work with engineering to bring your designs to life.

  • Measure and assess design performance to ensure improvement.

  • Work closely with users to gather feedback and refine experiences.

  • Align with the product roadmap to increase user activation.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in product design, preferably in web or creative tools.

  • Familiarity with platforms like Figma, Webflow, Miro, or Notion.

  • A metrics-informed mindset paired with strong visual design skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • A passion for improving user experiences and solving problems.
