Overview IT Operations Assistant SRAM Portugal Are you passionate about IT and ready to make an impact? SRAM Portugal is looking for an IT Operations Assistant to be part of a hands-on, globally connected team, working closely with end users, supporting reliable IT operations, and partnering with international teams in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components, including servers, communication devices, workstations, and peripherals
  • Implement predefined IT solutions in alignment with local and global standards
  • Document system configurations and maintain up-to-date installation, operation, and user manuals
  • Provide end-user support, diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a service-oriented and collaborative manner
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance plans
  • Train end users on IT systems and applications
  • Participate in local and international IT projects, working closely with cross-functional teams Qualifications
  • Minimum academic qualification: High School Diploma (12th grade)
  • Technical training in Information Systems or equivalent practical knowledge
  • Knowledge of Operating Systems and Hardware
  • Programming language knowledge is a plus
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and results-oriented attitude
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Residence within 30 km of SRAM Portugal (preferred)
