About the Role Emma's Boba is seeking an experienced and passionate Boba Shop Manager to lead our team and ensure exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, maintain inventory, and uphold our quality and service standards. You will be the driving force behind creating a vibrant, efficient, and customer-focused environment that delights boba enthusiasts. The ideal candidate has a strong background in food and beverage management, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for operational detail. You will work closely with the team to coach and motivate employees while managing scheduling, inventory, and customer relations. This position offers an opportunity to grow with a dynamic and expanding business that values innovation, quality, and hospitality.
What you'll do
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service Manage, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer experiences Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of supplies Maintain quality control standards for beverages and food items Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Prepare staff schedules and manage labor costs Assist in marketing and promotional activities to boost sales What we're looking for
- Proven experience in managing food and beverage or retail operations Strong leadership and team management capabilities Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to manage inventory and supplies Knowledge of health and safety standards for food service Proficient in scheduling and basic financial management Nice to have
- Experience specifically in boba or specialty beverage industry Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software Background in marketing or social media management Food safety certification
