About Greenville Hospital

Scope of Work

Perform basic ultrasound procedures. Under direct or indirect supervision of a registered sonographer, performs diagnostic imaging procedures. Assume responsibility and maintains the general care and safety of patients during imaging procedures. Obtains a complete patient history prior to performing an ultrasound procedure. Operates ultrasound equipment competently to provide quality diagnostic studies that meets the requirements of established ultrasound protocols.

Qualifications

  • Required High School Diploma

  • 1 year of relevant experience must have completed the first year of an accredited imaging program Preferred

  • AHA OR ARC (BLS) Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
