Industrial Millwright, Monticello, AR
Interfor is actively seeking Industrial Millwrights to join our team in Monticello, Arkansas. This is
an opportunity for skilled trades professionals to apply advanced mechanical,
hydraulic, and fabrication expertise in a fast-paced, high-production
manufacturing environment.

Top Pay & Incentives
-
Starting Pay Rate: $29.35 per hour with advancement opportunities and pay increases based on skill level and experience.

$2.00 per hour Night & Weekend Shift Differential

Quarterly Gainshare Bonus (performance based)
What You’ll Do
-
Read and understand equipment drawings and blueprints.
-
Perform routine preventative maintenance duties.
-
Cut, weld, and perform fabrication work with different types of steel.

Assess and repair machinery and hydraulic problems in a timely manner.
-
Determine shaft sizes, measure up, and build shafts for replacement.
-
Recognize and change sprockets, bearings, and chains etc.
-
Adhere to an absolute lock-out policy, ensuring that the power source is turned off, machine locked out, and tested to ensure isolation.

Submit work requests and complete work orders.

Physical Requirements: Walking, standing, sitting, climbing stairs, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
What You Offer

3 to 5 years of millwright level experience.

High School Diploma/Equivalent Preferred.

Prior manufacturing/warehouse/lumber operations experience preferred.

Ability to work in varying seasonal climate conditions.

Demonstrated commitment to safety.
