Full job description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist with an interest in vestibular rehabilitation to join an established, growing program focused on helping patients improve balance, reduce dizziness, restore confidence, and return to the activities that matter most.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced vestibular clinician or a motivated new graduate with a strong interest in vestibular therapy

What You Can Expect:

  • A structured mentoring program to support clinical growth, including support for new graduates and clinicians developing vestibular expertise

  • Continuing education support, including a CE budge, access to MedBridge, and blocked time for professional learning

  • Support from a dedicated clinician clinic manager and a physical therapy program manager who understand the needs of rehabilitation providers

  • Specialty vestibular equipment, resources, a modern clinic space, and an established referral base

  • Performing thorough evaluations of patients with vestibular, balance, and dizziness-related concerns

  • Developing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based vestibular rehabilitation strategies

  • Collaborating with vestibular physical therapists, vestibular audiologists, referring providers, and the broader rehabilitation team

Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree from an accredited physical therapy program

  • Licenses/Certifications:

  • Valid license to practice physical therapy in state of practice and

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Competency based training in vestibular rehabilitation

  • Experience working with patients with vestibular and balance disorders

  • Clinical skills in vestibular assessment and treatment techniques
