Spontaneous Application – University Guidance Counselor (UGC)

Location: Multiple locations across Africa

Contract Type: Part-time to Full-time, Temporary to Permanent

Your Impact:

As a University Guidance Counselor, you will play a key role in shaping our students’ futures by:

  • Supporting students in identifying and applying to universities and scholarships around the world

  • Providing personalized academic and career guidance

  • Organizing workshops, counseling and information sessions, university fairs, etc.

  • Working closely with school leadership and external university partners

  • Tracking application progress and maintain accurate documentation.

  • Empowering students and their families to make informed decisions about their futures.

Your Profile:

  • Higher Education degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field

  • Proven experience in student advising or university/career counseling

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge of international admissions processes is a strong asset for this position

  • Proficiency in English and the language of the location you would like to be based in.
