Louisa-Muscatine Elementary, Junior High, and High School are all very fortunate to have wonderful substitute teachers. Without our tremendous substitutes, our schools would not be the same. If you are interested in subbing in the Louisa-Muscatine School District, please feel free to fill out this application. Do not hesitate to put down particular subject areas or grade levels. We want you to have substitute assignments which are conducive to your skills!
All substitute teachers must possess an Iowa substitute authorization or Iowa teaching license. Substitute teachers must have Child Abuse Mandatory Reporter and a 30 minute Seizure First Aid training.
$160 Per Day or $200 Per Day for Retired Teachers. Normally in increments of 1/2 or full days.
