Trevecca Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Hospital Liaison / Healthcare Marketer to expand our referral network and strengthen partnerships throughout the healthcare community. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys networking, building strategic relationships, and helping patients transition to high-quality post-acute care.
As a Hospital Liaison, you will serve as the face of our facility, working closely with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals to promote our rehabilitation and skilled nursing services.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and community healthcare partners.

Generate new referral opportunities while maintaining existing referral sources.

Conduct regular in-person visits to hospitals, physician offices, and healthcare organizations throughout the market.

Educate referral partners on the facility's clinical programs, specialty services, and rehabilitation capabilities.

Collaborate with the Admissions team to ensure timely review and acceptance of referrals.

Track referral activity, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide regular market updates to leadership.

Represent the facility at networking events, community outreach programs, and healthcare industry meetings.

Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business development.

Deliver exceptional customer service to referral partners, residents, and families.

Work closely with the Executive Director and clinical leadership to achieve census and occupancy goals.
Qualifications
-
Previous healthcare marketing, hospital liaison, physician liaison, admissions, or business development experience preferred.

Skilled Nursing Facility, Rehabilitation, Long-Term Care, Home Health, Hospice, or Acute Care experience strongly preferred.

Established relationships within the local healthcare community are a plus.

Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with flexibility for occasional evenings and community events
Work Location: Nashville, TN (Travel throughout the local market required)
