Top Skills' Details1. Engineering Leadership

• 8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years leading engineers/managers.

• Must have owned hiring, performance, career development, technical direction, and multiple teams.

1. .NET / C# + Application Modernization

• Deep technical credibility with modern .NET, .NET Framework, and C#.

• Experience modernizing legacy enterprise applications without disrupting production or business operations.

1. Microsoft Azure / Cloud Engineering

• Strong Azure application delivery experience, including compute, integrations, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code.

• Ideally understands event-driven/service-bus architectures and modern cloud integration patterns.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Bradenton, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $160000.00 - $180000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
