Hourly Pay: $25 - $29 / per hour
Maxim Healthcare in Hebron, OH is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for young adult client in the Frazeysburg, OH area for DAY SHIFT.

Responsibilities:

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
-
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
-
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications:
-
Currently licensed as an LPN/ RN in the state in which the LPN/ RN will practice.

Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

Current BLS card.
