Location Description
Post Consumer Brands corporate headquarters in Lakeville, Minnesota, is about 20 miles south of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Lakeville has all the benefits of smaller town living with access to everything a large metropolitan area has to offer. Responsibilities
The Product Change Manager leads end-to-end commercialization initiatives across our U.S. Retail business. As a member of the Commercialization Team, you will guide stage-gate approved projects from concept through launch, connecting teams, plans, budgets, and decisions to deliver on time and to quality expectations.
This is a highly visible role for a project manager who enjoys bringing cross-functional teams together. You will create clarity, anticipate risk, and keep commercialization work moving across a portfolio of well-known brands.
Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional commercialization projects from concept through launch, aligning business objectives, milestones, and key deliverables.

Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, critical paths, and stage-gate documentation.

Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when needed.
-
Monitor project budgets and key financial metrics throughout the commercialization process.
-
Facilitate project team meetings, document decisions, and drive accountability across stakeholders.
-
Guide teams in using established commercialization tools, standards, milestones, and deliverables.
-
Manage and support New Item Setup processes and system functionality within Product Lifecycle Management tools.
-
Partner with Research & Development, Supply Chain, Marketing, Graphics, Finance, Operations, and Sales throughout product development and launch.

Drive continuous improvement through project closeout reviews, lessons learned, root cause analysis, and implementation of best practices.

Build alignment and transparency across stakeholders while influencing decisions and results without direct authority.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.

Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.

Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding deadlines.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
-
2 or more years of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry.

Understanding of product commercialization processes and tools.
-
Knowledge of product development functions, including Research & Development, Supply Chain, Packaging, and Graphics.

Experience with Product Lifecycle Management systems.
-
Project Management Professional certification.

The pay range for this position is $80,166 - $118,645 per year.
