Job Skills / Requirements

A Field Training Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing on-site security operations, training security staff, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed to protect people, property, and assets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily security operations for assigned sites, ensuring adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and established security protocols .

  • Train and mentor security personnel on site-specific duties, emergency response procedures, and the proper use of security technology

  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify physical security measures, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend improvements

  • Manage scheduling and deployment of security staff to ensure optimal coverage and rapid response capabilities

  • Investigate and document incidents such as breaches, alarms, or safety hazards, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses

  • Communicate effectively with the Executive team

  • Perform Mobil Patrols

  • Cover Extra Shifts

Schedule:

Monday 8:00pm-8:00am

Tuesday 8:00pm-8:00am
