Summary You will serve as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst in the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Headquarters of CNSSC MECHANICSBURG NWCF MHA. Responsibilities You will develops policy and implements enterprise wide procedures to support adequate internal controls that deter fraud, waste and abuse. You will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Civilian Payroll (CIVPAY) issues. You will analyze ERP data to identify trends and works with Enterprise Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to improve the overall CIVPAY process You will exercise technical and administrative supervision over a staff of Management and Program analysts that range in grade from GS-9 to GS-13. You will serve as a SME for at least one WFM functional area and performs program manager duties for the assigned area of responsibility You will provide oversight to the NAVSUP Defense Travel System (DTS) and Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) Programs Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:I have at least one year of specialized Management Analyst experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal service providing subject matter expertise for WorkForce Management (WFM) systems. Specific work experience must demonstrate the following duties: 1) Develops and maintains CIVPAY policies and procedures. 2) Maintain Defense Payroll System withinpublished policies and procedures. 2) Provide assistance to Echelon III/IV activities asrequired in resolving issues, dissiminating information and developing system enhancements. 3)Provide policy guidance and support to Navy ERP WFM system support personnel. 4) Perform WFM role analysis in order to control privacy act data and protect system data from unauthorized changes.
