Office Cleaners Needed Start Date: Monday, August 3, 2026 Possible immediate hire for the right experienced candidates Location: Northborough, Massachusetts Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (? hour unpaid lunch at 12:00 PM) Job Duties May Include: ~ Dumping trash ~ Cleaning and stocking bathrooms ~ Dusting and disinfecting surfaces ~ Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming ~ Cleaning vents ~ Cleaning 1st-level windows and glass ~ Other general cleaning duties as assigned Compensation: ~ $18 per hour ~ Sign-on Bonus: $150 after 30 days of service and $200 after 90 days ~ Free group life insurance policy ~ 401(k) eligibility after 60 days Requirements: ~ Must have prior cleaning experience ~ Must be able to work independently ~ Must demonstrate good customer service skills ~ Must have reliable transportation ~ Must be able to work with harsh cleaning chemicals and various types of gloves (latex, nitrile, vinyl) ~ Reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities ~ Must be authorized to work in the United States ~ All languages encouraged to apply
