The Team: This is an exciting opportunity to join our Financial Corporates Divisional Account Management team, a focused, high-performing group at the center of Market Intelligence growth in Commercial Banking. Over the past several years, we’ve expanded both our capabilities and our client impact—and we’re looking for someone who is energized by building trusted relationships, solving meaningful client problems, and helping financial corporates make better, faster decisions.
Responsibilities and Impact:
As an Account Manager, you’ll partner closely with sales and internal product specialists to ensure clients realize measurable value from our Market Intelligence solutions, supporting workflows such as:
-
Market and competitive monitoring: tracking macro events, peer performance, sector sentiment, and key market signals that influence strategy and client positioning

Risk and exposure awareness: staying ahead of interest-rate, credit, and liquidity developments that inform risk discussions and portfolio decisions

Client coverage and origination support: enabling bankers to walk into meetings better prepared with sharper context, timely news, and relevant peer benchmarks
-
Treasury and balance-sheet decision support: improving how teams assess funding conditions, hedging considerations, and capital/return trade-offs
-
Internal reporting and executive updates: streamlining how insights are packaged and shared for leadership, committees, and cross-functional stakeholders
In this role, you will:
-
Own and grow a portfolio of Financial Corporate relationships, driving retention and net growth through proactive engagement and value delivery
-
Partner with Sales experts on expansion and new business, identifying use cases, supporting renewals, and contributing directly to closing outcomes
-
Translate client goals into actionable adoption plans, ensuring the right teams at the client are using the right capabilities in the right workflows
-
Become a trusted advisor, recognized for bringing ideas, insight, and practical solutions—not just product knowledge
