Entry Level Project Manager - Analytics

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a junior/entry level Project Management + Data Coordination resource for a large health insurance client of ours. This is primarily a Project Management / Data Coordination role supporting the Medicare Data Intelligence team.

• 70% Project Management: Own organization, tracking, follow-ups, documentation, and ensuring data and deliverables are accurate and complete.
• 30% Analytics: Perform quick-turn analysis primarily in Excel, including manipulating, reviewing, validating, and interpreting data.
• Help refine data objectives and outputs, then translate findings into clear PowerPoint presentations for the Lead Director and other leadership stakeholders.
• High emphasis on accuracy, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.

Skills and Requirements

• Entry level years of experience: 6 months – 2 years ish in a professional setting

• Education: Bach degree:  Data Analytics  Business Analytics  Or similar

• Light exposure to project management tasks + responsibilities

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Advanced/strong working knowledge of Excel

• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills

• Ability to manipulate, analyze, validate, and interpret data

• Business or data analytics background attention to detail, particularly around data accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and moving pieces

• Comfortable presenting information in a polished, leadership-ready format Soft Skills / Personality: Looking for someone who is:
