Description
Leidos is seeking a dynamic, mission-focused Site Lead / PMO Liaison to support our GEOINT operations at a customer site in St. Louis, Missouri.
This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives at the center of mission operations—building relationships, solving problems, supporting employees, and ensuring our teams have what they need to succeed.
As the primary on-site representative for Leidos, you will serve as a critical connection between our employees, customer leadership, and the Leidos Portfolio Management Office (PMO) . You will maintain a strong presence across the site, engage directly with mission stakeholders, anticipate operational challenges, and drive solutions that keep the mission moving forward.
This role is about leadership in action. You'll spend your days connecting with people, strengthening customer partnerships, removing obstacles, and staying ahead of issues before they impact operations. From coordinating with senior customer leadership to resolving unexpected challenges on the ground, you'll be trusted to take initiative, make sound decisions, and deliver results.
While program coordination, reporting, and administrative responsibilities are important components of the position, the real impact comes from being present, building trust, and making things happen.
The ideal candidate brings energy, initiative, sound judgment, and a genuine commitment to both mission success and the people behind it. If you're a natural problem-solver who enjoys being where the action is, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day.

-
Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with customer leadership, mission partners, and site personnel.
