If you're the kind of HR professional who loves keeping things organized, finding solutions, improving processes, and being the person others can count on, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

This isn't a role where you'll be doing the same thing every day. You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple areas of HR, support employees and leaders, and help create a positive employee experience from behind the scenes and on the front lines.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks independently, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things done!

Raymond Storage Concepts is a leading provider of innovative material handling solutions that help businesses operate smarter, safer, and more efficiently.

As an authorized sales and service center for The Raymond Corporation, part of the Toyota Industries family, we combine the strength of a globally recognized organization with the close-knit, team-oriented culture of a regional company.

Headquartered in Cincinnati, we support customers throughout Ohio, Kentucky, Southeast Indiana, and West Virginia.

At RSC, we're passionate about our people, committed to continuous improvement, and always looking for ways to make a difference!

What You'll Be Doing

As our HR Operations Specialist, you'll play an important role in keeping our People Operations processes running smoothly while providing outstanding support to our employees and leaders.

Research and resolve payroll discrepancies to help ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. *

Partner with our payroll team to meet important processing deadlines.

Be a Trusted HR Resource

Serve as a go-to resource for employees and leaders on everyday HR questions. *

Support managers with attendance, performance documentation, coaching, and established employee relations processes. *

Help ensure company policies are applied fairly, consistently, and professionally. *

Recognize when complex or sensitive matters require additional HR leadership support.

Bring the Employee Experience to Life

Help plan and execute employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and company events. *

Coordinate employee giveaways, company swag, and other initiatives that make RSC a great place to work. *

Find creative ways to encourage participation, strengthen connections, and celebrate our employees!

Help Employees Navigate Their Benefits

Educate new hires and current employees on available benefits and enrollment timelines. *

Support new-hire enrollment and annual open enrollment communications. *

Partner with our parent company's benefits team to connect employees with the right resources.

Own Reporting, Compliance & Process Improvement

Coordinate unemployment claims, documentation, and monthly reporting. *

Support FMLA, ADA, and other leave-related processes. *

Maintain compliance records, assist with audits, and monitor important HR deadlines. *

Analyze HR data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks. *

Recommend solutions that make our processes more accurate, efficient, and employee-friendly.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced HR professional who can balance the details with the big picture and confidently take ownership of their responsibilities.

5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, payroll support, employee relations, or a related field. *

Hands-on experience with HRIS systems, employee transactions, and record management. *

Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills. *

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines. *

Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping employees and leaders. *

Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information. *

A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to research issues and work independently. *

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience with FMLA, ADA, and leave coordination. *

Experience planning employee engagement events and recognition initiatives. *
