Full job description
Toddler Lead Teacher Responsibilities: · Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment for toddlers (18 months to 3 years). · Plan and lead daily activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. · Supervise and guide classroom staff to ensure smooth daily operations. · Communicate effectively and positively with families about classroom activities and child progress. · Ensure compliance with all center policies, procedures, and licensing requirements. · Observe, document, and track child development and behavior. · Support learning through play based instruction and positive guidance techniques. · Manage daily routines, transitions, and classroom organization.
