Full job description
Description
Join an established endodontic practice serving Dothan and the Wiregrass region. With decades of experience caring for the community, the practice is built around relieving pain, preserving natural teeth, and helping patients feel comfortable and informed. Strong relationships with local referring dentists bring a steady connection to the area’s dental community.
Whether you are an experienced Endodontist or nearing the end of residency, you can bring your clinical perspective to a trusted specialty practice, build on its community relationships, and grow with mentorship and peer support. Doctors can pursue an early path to partnership as they build a long-term future in the practice.
A specialty practice with a personal touch
The practice’s approach is rooted in careful listening, respect for patients’ concerns, and clear explanations of treatment. The goal is to make endodontic care feel less intimidating while helping patients preserve their natural teeth and return to the care of their referring dentist.
The clinical scope reaches beyond root canal therapy to include retreatment, apicoectomy, cracked teeth, and traumatic dental injuries. The practice pairs advanced techniques and technology with a focus on precision, patient comfort, and individualized care.
A strong clinical foundation
- A broad scope: Provide care spanning root canal therapy and retreatment to apicoectomy, cracked teeth, and traumatic dental injuries.

- A downtown with its own character: Explore Dothan’s mural trail, local restaurants, live music, galleries, and community events.
- Outdoor time close to home: Spend a morning at the Botanical Gardens, walk Beaver Creek Trail, or explore the trails and open spaces at Landmark Park.
- Easy family outings: Enjoy Landmark Park’s living history farm, Adventureland, local parks, and the annual National Peanut Festival.
- A lively local calendar: Catch concerts, seasonal festivals, arts events, and date-night options around Dothan and the Wiregrass.
