Full job description
Assists in the performance of duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment of the facility in good repair. - Maintains our equipment; vehicles, trailers, fork lifts, scissor lifts and any other equipment. - Makes sure their maintenance gets performed, fueled weekly, and washed regularly. - Makes Minor maintenance, repairs, and other duties. - Assists the Engineering Department with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance and moving of furniture as needed. - Other duties as assigned and asked by the facilities manager.
