【岗位职责】
1、每天检查各区域日常工作并向部门经理汇报。
2、检查各区域主管制订的工作计划。
3、如需要可向部门经理提出建议，就有关人员及设备问题提出申请。
4、掌握住客情况和房态，抽查客房，检查VIP房间。
5、检查所有公共区域的卫生，并保证干净和工作正常。
6、负责所有可售房随时保持最佳状态。
7、接受部门经理布置的额外工作，并组织部门主管进行卫生检查，做好检查记录。
8、监督楼面和客房中心的盘点工作。
【岗位要求】
1、2年以上楼层管理工作经验或2年以上同星级酒店客房楼层管理工作经验。
2、熟悉本部门专业知识，熟练使用电脑。
3、身体健康，相貌端正。
4、受过专业培训且敬业。
