1、具备酒店服务行业工作经验者优先，筹备经验优先 2、良好的服务意识和团队管理能力 3、能适应倒班工作制，吃苦耐劳 4、具备基础的电脑操作能力 5、沟通协调能力强，能妥善处理突发事件 6、工作细致认真，责任心强
