About Golden Analytics Golden Analytics is an AI-native BI platform built for data teams who are tired of the tradeoffs in today's tools -- the depth of self-service analytics tools without the rigidity, the accessibility of a modern design tool, and AI that actually augments how analysts work rather than getting in the way.
The Role As a Full Stack Engineer at Golden Analytics, you'll own critical user experiences from end to end. You'll build the AI-powered features that our customers interact with every day - data preparation, analysis, storytelling, sharing and more. You’ll integrate Golden Analytics into the systems that help our customers work seamlessly - collaboration, notifications, purchasing, and others. This isn't a role where you hand off specs and wait for feedback. You'll talk to customers in the morning, build in the afternoon, and ship by evening.
What We're Looking For AI Zealots You don't just use AI tools, you geek out over them. You’re all over coding agents and modern dev environments. You strive to learn, and encode that learning in ways today’s development systems can use. You have shipped AI-enabled solutions and have guided coding agents to help you move faster. You know the limits of this tech, but push it to help you do more.

You understand that the best code is the code that delivers the most customer value, but that you can reliably maintain. You're comfortable jumping on customer calls, gathering feedback, and translating that directly into what you build.

Requirements
- Strong full stack development experience - Vite, TypeScript, React, Postgres, Supabase (and more as we grow)
- Experience building with AI/ML technologies (LLMs, vector databases, coding agents, etc.)
- Track record of shipping customer-facing products
- Product thinking and design sensibility
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration

Salary Range
- $120,000–$150,000 (Software Engineer)
- $160,000–$190,000 (Senior Software Engineer)
- Plus equity - we're early-stage, so equity is a meaningful part of the offer
