Full job description

Define the next growth opportunities: Identify product surfaces, customer moments, ecosystem signals, and emerging capabilities that could become new growth channels. Create product-led growth strategy: Translate customer needs and growth opportunities into strategies, value propositions, product requirements, experience principles, and measurable growth hypotheses. Influence product and engineering roadmaps: Build trusted partnerships with senior product, engineering, design, data, and marketing leaders. Represent growth requirements early in product planning and influence what is built, how it is instrumented, and how it can be activated. Lead incubation from concept to proof: Design and lead pilots that test new channel mechanics, customer experiences, and product capabilities. Establish success criteria, learning agendas, dependencies, and decision points before work begins. Drive evidence-based investment decisions: Synthesize customer, performance, technical, and business evidence to recommend whether capabilities should scale, iterate, or stop. Communicate recommendations clearly to executive stakeholders. Build reusable capabilities, not one-off programs: Create repeatable frameworks, design patterns, playbooks, governance, and initial operating models that enable successful concepts to be used across products, audiences, and growth motions. Establish capability handoffs: Define readiness criteria and partner with growth activation and channel operations leaders to transition proven capabilities into scaled execution with clear ownership, documentation, and measurement. Lead through influence: Drive clarity and momentum across complex, cross-organizational initiatives without relying on direct authority. Anticipate barriers, align stakeholders, make tradeoffs visible, and accelerate decisions. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience. Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 7+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR equivalent experience. Experience developing and influencing product, platform, channel, or customer-experience strategy in partnership with product and engineering teams. Experience taking ambiguous, net-new opportunities from problem definition through hypothesis, pilot, measurement, and a scale, iterate, or stop recommendation. Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across organizational boundaries and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority. Experience translating customer, business, and performance insights into clear product or capability requirements and executive-level recommendations. Executive communication skills, including the ability to create a compelling vision, simplify complex choices, and build support ahead of delivery. Experience with product-led growth, lifecycle growth, growth experimentation, in-product engagement, or digital platform ecosystems. Experience partnering with engineering, product management, design, data science, privacy, legal, and marketing teams to launch new capabilities. Understanding of experimentation design, product telemetry, audience signals, measurement frameworks, and growth economics. Experience building incubation frameworks, capability roadmaps, operating models, or playbooks that enable successful pilots to scale. Demonstrated ability to identify emerging opportunities, develop an original point of view, and convert strategy into funded, executable work. Experience in large-scale consumer, commercial, platform, operating system, productivity, or artificial intelligence ecosystems is a plus.
