Full job description

Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support key human resources functions and help drive a positive employee experience. This role will be responsible for a broad range of HR activities, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and HR systems support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Administer benefits, leaves, and FMLA

  • Handle employee relations matters and policy guidance

  • Lead onboarding and offboarding activities

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws

  • Maintain HRIS data and reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field

  • 3–5 years of HR experience

  • Strong knowledge of employment law
