Full job description

Mission Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear.

In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives.

Help shape how Neko teaches clinicians to explain a full-body scan, as we open clinics across the US East Coast. You will make sure every new clinician in your market is trained and signed off to one global standard. About the role A scan only creates value when a clinician interprets and explains it well. Neko designs its clinician curriculum globally, and you make it real in the US East market. You will run onboarding, confirm competency sign-off, and step in when a clinician needs more support. You will keep scanning as a practicing clinician, and you will help build a market and a function that are still taking shape. What you will do

  • Run the clinician onboarding cycle across East Coast clinics, so every new clinician completes the global program to the global standard.

  • Track each cohort closely and step in early when someone is not progressing.

  • Hold initial competency sign-off, and decide with the Clinic Lead whether a clinician passes, needs more time, or is offboarded.

  • Support and develop local clinician education partners, and run the regular local round table.

  • Triage escalations, deliver structured remediation, and raise clinical safety concerns immediately.

  • Partner with the Clinician Launch Trainer on new clinic openings, and plan education capacity ahead of each one.

  • Share evidence with the Global Clinician Education Lead on what is landing in the clinics, and request US-specific adaptations where needed.

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted MD, DO, NP, or PA licensure in New York State, and willingness to obtain licensure in other East Coast states.

  • 5+ years of post-registration clinical practice, including 2+ years in a fast-paced or high-volume setting.

  • 3+ years training, onboarding, or mentoring clinicians, including assessing competency against defined criteria.

  • 3+ years giving direct, constructive feedback and holding a standard in difficult conversations.

  • 2+ years running concurrent onboarding or training cohorts against dates that move.

  • Working style: warm, direct, and organized. You build trust quickly, raise problems early, and hold a standard through influence rather than authority.

Nice to have

  • Experience coaching educators or trainers across more than one site.

  • Experience supporting a clinic or service opening.

  • Multi-state licensure, or experience navigating licensure quickly.

  • Background in preventive or lifestyle medicine.
