Full job description

Mission Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear.

In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives.

Help open Neko Health's next clinic. As Clinician Launch Trainer, you will travel to each new site, train and sign off the clinicians, and leave behind a local education partner. About the role Opening a clinic is when training matters most and is hardest to protect. This role belongs to no market and sits in no scanning rota, so you can stay with a launch from the first training day through go-live and the weeks after. You deliver the global clinician program on site, assess readiness, and build the local educator who will run onboarding once you leave. What you will do

  • Deliver the clinician onboarding program on site at each new clinic and market opening, across the full pre-launch window.

  • Assess every clinician against the global competency criteria and sign them off as ready to see members.

  • Scan and debrief during Friends and Family and VIP sessions, so trainees can shadow real member encounters.

  • Identify and train a local clinician educator partner during the launch, then hand over with a clear, documented position.

  • Work as a pair with the Operator Launch Trainer so both teams reach readiness together.

  • Give the Launch Manager an honest readiness position and flag risks to the timeline early.

  • Run a retrospective after each launch and feed what you learn into the clinic-opening playbook.

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted MD, DO, or NP licensure, with 5+ years of clinical practice since qualifying, and willingness to obtain licensure wherever Neko opens.

  • 3+ years of recent hands-on scanning or comparable diagnostic clinical work, with quality metrics to evidence it.

  • 3+ years training, onboarding, or mentoring clinicians, including assessing competency and giving direct, constructive feedback.

  • 2+ years running a training or onboarding program against a fixed date, and handing over a clear position at the end.

  • Able to travel for most of your working time, including extended stays on site at an opening.

  • Working style: adaptable, direct, and calm when plans change. You are comfortable with ambiguity, build relationships quickly, hold the standard under timeline pressure, and leave sites better set up than you found them.

Nice to have

  • Experience opening a clinic, site, or service, especially in a new city or country.

  • Experience building a local trainer or educator from scratch.

  • Multi-state or multi-country licensure, or a background in preventive or lifestyle medicine.
