About Salesforce Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience

At Salesforce, our marketers craft inspirational stories and deliver groundbreaking experiences to people around the world. We develop campaigns, go-to-market programs, joint content, events, and sales enablement with our most strategic technology partners. Our success is defined by our ability to drive co-marketing impact, build compelling partner narratives, and create joint customer stories and use cases that accelerate pipeline, market awareness, and product consumption across our ecosystem.

We are looking for a strategic and high-impact Strategic Partner Marketing Senior Manager to lead the co-marketing relationship with OpenAI alongside our other strategic technology partners.

In this role, you will be the marketing owner and primary liaison driving joint go-to-market (GTM) strategy, marketing roadmaps, content co-creation, and cross-functional execution across the global marketing organization. You will sit at the intersection of industry-defining AI innovation—connecting Salesforce’s Agentforce and platform ecosystem with OpenAI’s frontier models and capabilities to capture mindshare and drive enterprise adoption.

The ideal candidate blends high-level strategic positioning with disciplined, hands-on execution, thrives in fast-paced, high-visibility environments, and navigates ambiguity with ease.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

  • Partner Relationship & Strategy Ownership: Act as the dedicated marketing owner for OpenAI and select strategic AI partners. Build strong, trusted relationships with partner-side marketing, product, and GTM leaders to co-author annual and quarterly joint marketing plans.
  • Integrated GTM Execution: Orchestrate and align teams across the broader marketing organization—including Integrated Campaigns, Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, Brand, Digital, Social, and Field Marketing—to execute cohesive campaigns that drive brand awareness, pipeline, and platform consumption.
  • Tier-1 Event Activation: Drive joint presence and positioning across marquee industry and proprietary events, including Dreamforce, World Tours, OpenAI DevDay, and top-tier global AI/tech conferences. Spearhead joint session development, onsite experiences, and executive briefing touchpoints.
  • 360-Degree Marketing: Advise in the creation of demos and creative assets, put together presentations for internal meetings and external events. Use AI to improve and scale marketing processes while preserving the human connection to partners and stakeholders. Present confidently to executive leadership and to technical audiences, and stay clued into market trends and narratives.
  • Performance Tracking & Consumption Impact: Establish KPIs focused on awareness reach, pipeline generation, and consumption/adoption metrics. Run regular Quarterly Marketing Reviews (QMRs) with partner counterparts and executive leadership to report results and optimize investments.
  • Budget & Agency Management: Manage joint marketing development funds (MDF), project budgets, vendor SOWs, and creative agencies with operational discipline and compliance.

You’re Our Person If...

  • 8–10+ years of experience in partner marketing, product marketing, solutions marketing, or integrated GTM roles within enterprise B2B SaaS, cloud, or high-growth AI technology ecosystems.
  • Strong technical fluency in AI & Enterprise Architecture: Ability to quickly understand and clearly articulate LLMs, foundational models, agentic workflows, APIs, and enterprise data architectures to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the presence to present to executive leadership and technical audiences alike.
  • Data-driven execution: Experience establishing performance metrics, tracking campaign ROI, and tying co-marketing activations directly to pipeline velocity and consumption.

Even Better If...

  • Familiarity with the Salesforce and Slack ecosystems, or comparable experience in another enterprise partner ecosystem.
  • Direct experience marketing foundational models, LLM APIs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or agent-based enterprise applications.
  • Prior experience navigating high-profile PR, co-branding, and communications guidelines in joint tech partnerships.

Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
