  • Site Readiness & Deployment Support: Coordinate customer site readiness requirements including access, safety expectations, layout readiness, infrastructure dependencies, training needs, equipment availability, and deployment logistics.
  • Issue, Risk & Escalation Management: Identify project risks, blockers, technical issues, and customer concerns; drive containment actions, escalate when required, and maintain clear ownership through resolution.
  • Project Reporting: Provide regular customer and internal updates including site progress, milestone status, action registers, risks, issue logs, financial updates, schedule impacts, and key performance indicators.
  • Stakeholder & Customer Management: Build strong working relationships with customer operations, engineering, maintenance, safety, and leadership teams while managing expectations and maintaining alignment on project priorities.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Support project cost control, resource planning, travel coordination, field support planning, and budget tracking to ensure on-site execution remains aligned with approved scope and financial targets.
  • Change Management: Act as the site-level point person for scope changes, schedule impacts, customer requests, technical updates, and commercial implications; document and communicate changes appropriately.
  • Problem Solving & Communication: Proactively analyze project challenges, coordinate cross-functional solutions, resolve conflicts, and communicate project objectives, status, and priorities clearly to internal and customer teams.
  • Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned from on-site execution, identify opportunities to improve deployment processes, and support the adoption of best practices across future customer projects.
