Full job description

About Nooks.ai: Nooks is an applied AI lab building revenue agents that power some of the fastest growing companies in the world. We build AI agents that operate across the full revenue lifecycle, from account strategy to prospect research and outreach. Building 0→1 has never been easier, but selling at the speed of the market remains the last frontier for AI. Our mission is to 10x every seller by automating the busywork so they can focus on what humans do best: closing deals. Today, over 2000 customers power their revenue growth using Nooks, including Notion, HubSpot, Cursor, and Rippling. We've raised over 70M USD from top VCs like Kleiner Perkins, and we have more than tripled ARR each year for 3 years running.

We're looking for a Field Marketing Manager to bring Nooks closer to the sellers, sales leaders, and revenue teams we build for, and to turn those moments into real pipeline. Our customers love Nooks, and the best way to show prospects why is to meet them where they are. You'll own the field programs that make that happen: regional campaigns built with our sales teams, a standout presence at industry conferences, memorable side events around those shows, and creative plays that help reps open doors and move deals forward. You'll have real ownership and the room to try new ideas and scale the ones that work. This role is perfect for someone who is equal parts strategist, creative, and operator, and who gets excited seeing a program they built show up as booked meetings and closed deals. You'll report to the Head of Field and Executive Marketing and work side by side with Sales, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand, and Marketing Operations. We believe the details are what people remember. The bespoke offerings, a beautifully designed booth, an invite someone actually wants to open: these are the moments that make Nooks stand out, and you'll get to create them. About the role:

  • Build field programs with our sales teams

  • Partner with sellers and sales leaders to build quarterly field plans tied to their territories, target accounts, and pipeline goals

  • Launch integrated regional and segment campaigns that combine in-person moments, outbound plays and direct mail

  • Create field plays for open opportunities and existing customers that accelerate deals and spark expansion conversations

  • Arm SDRs and AEs with field playbooks, invite kits, and talk tracks so they can run plays with confidence

  • Hold a high bar for quality in every detail, from venue and design to swag, signage, and the full attendee experience

  • Showcase Nooks at industry events

  • Own Nooks' presence at major conferences across sales, RevOps, and GTM leadership audiences, from sponsorship strategy and booth experience to logistics, staffing, and onsite execution

  • Evaluate new shows and renewals against audience fit and past results, and recommend where we lead, participate, or step back

  • Build and own internal and external communications for your events

  • Create ancillary events that people remember

  • Design side events around conferences and industry moments (happy hours, meeting suites, and partner co-hosted receptions) that extend our reach beyond the show floor

  • Bring the Nooks brand to life with fun, creative experiences that feel unmistakably ours

  • Get creative with direct mail and gifting

  • Run gifting and direct mail campaigns that break through to target buyers, book first meetings, and create new pipeline, using strong taste and judgment to choose gifts and moments that showcase the Nooks brand at its best

  • Test new formats, offers, and vendors, and scale the ones that drive results

  • Turn every program into pipeline

  • Own follow-up end to end: lead capture, routing, SDR handoff, and nurture, with Growth Marketing and Marketing Ops

  • Set success metrics by program objective (sourced pipeline, influenced pipeline, acceleration, expansion, or awareness)

  • Report on performance and ROI, share what's working, and rebalance the portfolio as you learn

  • Run a tight operation

  • Manage budgets, contracts, vendors, and agencies across a busy calendar

  • Keep the field calendar current and visible to Sales and Marketing

  • Coordinate with Product Marketing (messaging), Brand Design (creative), and Growth (promotion) so every program launches on time and on brand

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or demand generation at a B2B SaaS company

  • A track record of field programs (regional campaigns, conferences, direct mail, and sales plays) that produced measurable pipeline, not just activity

  • Experience partnering closely with sales leaders, AEs, and SDRs on targeting, meeting booking, and follow-up

  • Comfort with pipeline and attribution reporting

  • Strong budget, vendor, and project management skills, with the ability to juggle many programs without dropping details

  • A creative streak and great taste, with a knack for building experiences and campaigns people talk about afterward

  • Clear, proactive communication and a bias toward action in a fast-moving environment

  • Energy, curiosity, and a genuine love of meeting customers and prospective customers in person

  • Willingness to travel regularly

Nice to have:

  • Experience marketing to sales, RevOps, or GTM leaders

  • Experience supporting multiple sales segments

  • Familiarity with marketing and event tech and gifting platforms

  • Experience co-marketing with partners on joint field programs
