The Rural Health Transformation (RHT) Program Manager will serve as a strategic and operational leader for UETNs role in Utahs Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) and the successful implementation and management of the programs LIFT (Leveraging Innovation for Facilitated Telehealth) Initaitive. The RHT Program Manager is responsible for managing the federal funds allocated to UETN through the Utah RHT Program, ensuring compliance with Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) requirements, and supporting statewide efforts to expand telehealth capacity, digital infrastructure, and rural health innovation. This role is supported by the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) LIFT initiative, which provides five years of federal funding to expand telehealth capacity across rural Utah. The position is grant funded, and continuation beyond the grant period will depend on future funding availability. In-state travel will be required for site visits.Administration ManagementResponsible for overseeing and coordinating a combination of administrative, operational, workforce, and budgeting tasks for a department/school/college to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Support leadership in development and implementation of programs and strategies. Collaborate with other departments, maintain records, and ensure compliance with regulations and university policies.
