Pharmacy Hours and Location

This pharmacy serves the local community Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM .

How You'll Make an Impact
As a Pharmacist-in-Charge on the Specialty Pharmacy team at Omnicell, you'll work at the top of your license, contribute to a community's well-being, and lead the pharmacy team. With autonomy, you'll drive efficient, effective, and continually improving pharmacy operations while being part of a global organization dedicated to innovation in medication management.

Provide exceptional and personalized patient care and pharmacy consulting services, advising and guiding patients with empathy, confidentiality, and diligence.

Build effective relationships with local physicians and the medical community to ensure accurate and safe dispensing of medications.

Demonstrate business acumen and leadership by owning pharmacy operations and embracing continual improvement, learning, and team development.

Stay informed of regulations, retail pharmacy best practices, and specialty disease states including oncology, rheumatology, and others.

Provide clinical oversight and participate on committees as Omnicell leads innovation in medication management and elevates the role of pharmacists in healthcare.

What You'll Bring
Basic Qualifications

PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy.

Successful completion of the Oregon State Board of Pharmacy examination.

Current Oregon pharmacist license in good standing.

Up to date on all continuing education requirements.

Three years of experience in the practice of pharmacy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of experience in pharmacy management.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This position is moderately active and requires standing, walking, and other movement throughout the shift, as well as lifting up to 25 pounds.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.

Ability to distinguish colors and shapes.

Drug Screen: Required
Base Compensation: $150,000.00 to $180,000.00
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as location, education, experience, and skillset. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental and vision plans covering eligible US employees and dependents, voluntary wellness and employee assistance programs, life insurance, disability, retirement plans with matching, and paid time off.)
