As Pharmacist-in-Charge, you'll work directly with providers and interdisciplinary care teams, lead clinical and 340B initiatives, and help shape the future of specialty pharmacy services while making a measurable impact on patient outcomes throughout the community.

Practice at the Top of Your License: Utilize your clinical expertise to directly impact patient outcomes through specialty medication management, care coordination, and evidence-based interventions.
Collaborative Health System Environment: Work alongside physicians, nurses, care coordinators, case managers, and hospital leadership as an integrated member of the patient care team.
Meaningful Clinical Impact : Build long-term relationships with patients managing complex disease states, including oncology, rheumatology, infectious disease, gastroenterology, and other specialty conditions.

As a Pharmacist-in-Charge on the Specialty Pharmacy team at Omnicell, you’ll work at the top of your license, contribute to a community’s well-being, and lead the pharmacy team. With autonomy, you’ll drive efficient, effective, and continually improving pharmacy operations, while being a part of a global organization dedicated to innovation in medication management.

Provide exceptional and personalized patient care and pharmacy consulting services; advise and guide with empathy, confidentiality, and diligence

Build effective relationships with local physicians and medical community to ensure accurate and safe dispensing of medication to patients

Business acumen and leadership; own pharmacy operations and embrace continual improvement, learning, and leading to provide the best possible patient care and empower the pharmacy team’s development

Stay informed of regulations, retail pharmacy best practices, and knowledge of specialty diseases such as Oncology, Rheumatology and more

Clinical oversight and industry innovation; committee member participation as Omnicell leads innovation in medication management and elevates the roles of the pharmacist in healthcare

Serve as a key leader in the pharmacy's 340B Program, collaborating with hospital stakeholders to support program compliance, optimize patient access to medications, and maximize the value of pharmacy services for eligible patients.

Oversee and advance the pharmacy's clinical patient medication management, conducting comprehensive medication reviews, identifying opportunities for intervention, and improving medication safety and therapeutic outcomes.

Drug Screen: Required
Base Compensation: $150,000.00 to $180,000.00
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as location, education, experience, and skillset.
