Full job description

Company Overview:

Flowserve is a global manufacturer of pumps, valves, seals, and aftermarket services, delivering comprehensive flow control solutions that support essential industries such as energy, clean water, and pharmaceuticals. If you're looking for a culture built on ingenuity, innovation, and excellence, Flowserve offers the opportunity to put your experience in motion. Whether you're an individual contributor or a people leader, you'll find meaningful opportunities for professional growth, competitive rewards, and a workplace grounded in our core values: People, Safety, Integrity, Ownership and Ingenuity. At Flowserve, we're inspired by what we can achieve together—creating extraordinary flow control solutions that strengthen today's world while building tomorrow.

Your Role and Impact

Flowserve is seeking an entrepreneurial Global Product Manager to direct business growth, commercial strategy, and portfolio profitability across our global aftermarket parts business. Operating within our Flow Control Division (valves and actuation), this high-visibility global role sits at the intersection of product management, channel innovation, and lifecycle services.

ㅤ

In this strategic position, you will act as the operational and commercial "CEO" of our aftermarket parts portfolio—moving beyond traditional static product features to develop high-margin parts programs, structured repair kitting solutions, and end-of-life replacement strategies. Partnering closely with global supply chain, Quick Response Centers (QRCs), commercial operations, and regional sales teams, you will optimize parts pricing and spearhead our digital channel expansion into e-commerce to accelerate market capture and eliminate customer downtime.

ㅤ

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the multi-year global business strategy, revenue targets, and margin-expansion roadmaps for aftermarket parts and lifecycle programs across the valve portfolio.

  • Design, launch, and manage structured aftermarket parts offerings, including standardized repair kits, consumable maintenance bundles, and high-wear component packages.

  • Establish value-based pricing architectures and margin targets across global parts categories, ensuring commercial competitiveness and profitability.

  • Develop and direct end-of-life (EOL) and legacy product parts strategies to capture high-margin demand, drive customer equipment upgrades, and manage component obsolescence.

  • Lead global channel development initiatives, driving customer and certified service center adoption toward digital e-commerce platforms and automated ordering channels.

  • Partner with aftermarket supply chain and parts planning teams to establish inventory stocking levels, lead-time improvements, and parts availability across regional Quick Response Centers (QRCs) and partner networks.

  • Translate customer maintenance pain points and plant turnaround requirements into differentiated aftermarket service agreements and parts-stocking programs.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Commercial Operations, and Marketing to develop consultative parts sales-enablement tools, digital catalogs, and promotional campaigns.

ㅤ

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related technical discipline.

  • 5+ years of progressive commercial experience in product management, offering management, aftermarket business line management, technical sales, or aftermarket supply chain planning.

  • Demonstrated working familiarity with industrial fluid motion, flow control hardware (valves, actuators), or heavy rotating equipment aftermarket ecosystems.

  • Proven track record developing value propositions, parts kitting solutions, pricing strategies, or lifecycle programs within industrial business-to-business markets.

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience driving margin optimization, pricing realization, and product portfolio growth.

  • Ability to operate effectively within ambiguity and influence global cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, operations, and commercial disciplines.

  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%–25%) to support customer engagements, channel partners, and operating facilities.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

ㅤ

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience in offering management or commercial aftermarket management centered on industrial valves, actuators, or process flow control equipment.

  • Background driving digital channel transformation, e-commerce parts portals, or distributor stocking programs.

  • Practical experience collaborating with aftermarket repair shops, Quick Response Centers (QRCs), or certified partner service networks.

  • Advanced analytical and modeling skills utilizing Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), or Power BI dashboards.
