  • Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration: Partner with global manufacturing, engineering, operations, and commercial teams to align product strategy, supply, operational execution, and portfolio performance.

  • Project & Timeline Execution: Work within structured, timeline-driven project frameworks to execute strategic initiatives, product enhancements, and market launch plans.

  • Data & Performance Analytics: Utilize advanced Excel data modeling and Power BI analytics to track portfolio metrics, sales funnels, and distribution performance.

Key Requirements

  • Strong market-led and customer-driven mindset

  • Emotionally intelligent leader and collaborator with ability to influence team members at all levels of the organization, solve complex problems, and resolve conflicts

  • Clear communicator and “story-teller”, with “executive presence” and ability to communicate effectively to senior leadership

  • Ability to navigate a complex global organization

  • Strong prioritization skills and sense of urgency, as well as good time management with ability to effectively work with people in different time zones

  • Results-driven mindset with eagerness to embrace and drive accountability

  • Innovative mindset, with eagerness to cultivate “outside-the-box” thinking across the team

  • Strength in leading go-to-market commercialization efforts

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 8 to 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, commercial strategy, product specialization, or technical sales within industrial valve or fluid control markets.

  • Domain Expertise: Exposure to valve manufacturing or industrial fluid motion systems (specifically Ball Valves, Plug Valves, or Isolation Valves ).

  • Industry Background: Proven track record across the Power Industry. Knowledge of the Chemical, Energy, or General Industrial sectors is a plus.

  • Strategic Business Acumen: Strong ability to manage market strategy, financial modeling, and growth plans.

  • Customer Interaction: Proven track record of direct customer engagement, VOC gathering, and commercial channel support.

  • Technical & Analytical Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel ; experience interacting with or interpreting Power BI dashboards.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related technical discipline.
