Full job description

Summary You will serve as a GG-13 Management Analyst for NIRR MEMPHIS. Responsibilities You will develop analytical tools and methodologies, and analyze data bases to draw specific conclusions. You will maintain liaison with personnel in other intelligence agencies, laboratories, and operational forces to discuss requirements and provide information You will serve as the activity representation at interagency and intra-agency meetings and conferences. You will present and defend activity positions or controversial issues in his/her area of expertise. You will coordinate the work of the team, establishes priorities, guides team members and is responsible for accuracy and completeness of the team products. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GG/GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector such as: Performing in-depth analysis and management of a complex program, which includes developing long-range strategic plans and evaluating program effectiveness; Conducting comprehensive data analysis and synthesizing personnel metrics to create executive-level briefings and reports for senior leadership; AND Administering program policies, including leading review panels and making authoritative recommendations on personnel actions.
