Summary

You will serve as a GG-13 Management Analyst for NIRR MEMPHIS.

Duties

  • You will develop analytical tools and methodologies, and analyze data bases to draw specific conclusions.
  • You will maintain liaison with personnel in other intelligence agencies, laboratories, and operational forces to discuss requirements and provide information
  • You will serve as the activity representation at interagency and intra-agency meetings and conferences.
  • You will present and defend activity positions or controversial issues in his/her area of expertise.
  • You will coordinate the work of the team, establishes priorities, guides team members and is responsible for accuracy and completeness of the team products.

Qualifications

I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GG/GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector such as: Performing in-depth analysis and management of a complex program, which includes developing long-range strategic plans and evaluating program effectiveness; Conducting comprehensive data analysis and synthesizing personnel metrics to create executive-level briefings and reports for senior leadership; AND Administering program policies, including leading review panels and making authoritative recommendations on personnel actions.
