Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Client Relations Director, Hospitality to oversee a national portfolio of corporate services accounts across financial services, legal, consulting, and real estate environments. This individual will serve as a senior client partner while ensuring each location delivers a consistent, high-touch workplace experience. The ideal candidate brings a luxury hotel or hospitality mindset, strong account ownership experience, and the ability to translate service standards into scalable training and operating practices. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can develop strategy, build trusted client relationships, and step into day-to-day operations when needed. The director will be expected to proactively identify challenges, create solutions, and hold teams accountable to established service and operational standards.

Responsibilities •Serve as a strategic partner and primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders. •Oversee a national portfolio of corporate services accounts. •Develop and implement hospitality-focused service standards across client locations. •Build training programs that strengthen client service, professionalism, and consistency. •Visit client locations to evaluate service delivery and reinforce operating expectations. •Create proactive account plans based on client goals, business needs, and growth opportunities. •Resolve escalated client concerns and remove roadblocks affecting service delivery. •Provide teams with clear action plans rather than simply identifying operational challenges. •Partner with operational leaders to improve client satisfaction, retention, and account performance. •Identify opportunities to enhance services, introduce best practices, and deliver additional client value. •Lead, coach, and develop account leaders across the portfolio. •Support budgeting, forecasting, contract compliance, and overall account profitability.

Skills and Requirements

•5+ years of experience in client relations, hospitality operations, corporate services, or account management •Experience managing complex, multi-site client relationships & managing large teams •Background in luxury hospitality, hotels, workplace experience, or another high-touch service environment •Demonstrated ability to create and implement service standards and training programs & identify problems/provide solutions •Strong executive presence and client-facing communication skills
