The candidate must have experience with client/relationship management, managing staff, and administering budgets, as well as a proven ability to develop and execute strategy, with strong business development instincts and a track record of building external partnerships that deliver measurable value. Excellent relationship management and communication skills, along with strong analytical and decision-making skills, are required. The candidate must have team leadership and staff development expertise, with the ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing, diverse teams, as well as experience leading through influence across multiple internal stakeholders and functions.
