  • Act as a liaison with building management to coordinate vendor access, maintenance requests, and other facility needs.
  • Support event planning and execution in collaboration with Workplace Managers, Event Coordinators, and Marketing.
  • Assist in managing workplace projects, including office moves, adds, and changes, ensuring seamless transitions for employees.
  • Maintain emergency preparedness by holding an emergency warden role and being First Aid and CPR certified.

  • Independently execute employee engagement initiatives, such as happy hours or other workplace experience programs.
  • Develop and document workplace procedures, operational guides, and training materials to enhance efficiency and self-sufficiency.
  • Cross-train to provide coverage for the Workplace Manager, ensuring seamless operations when they are out of office.
  • Collaborate with the workplace team to plan, source, and execute events like month-end happy hours and engagement pop-ups.

What you will need

  • Ability to handle a high volume of requests while maintaining a calm, professional, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrating initiative in identifying and implementing workplace improvements.
  • Highly organized with grit, tenacity, and resilience, understanding that workplace operations may require non-traditional hours.
  • Experience working in Jira, Slack, or similar ticketing/communication platforms is a plus.
  • Comfortable managing multiple vendors, coordinating maintenance requests, and working closely with building management.
