The unit fosters a welcoming, inclusive environment with strong team engagement and active participation in professional governance, ensuring meaningful input in decision-making at both unit and site levels. MS3 regularly hosts clinical rotations and welcomes new graduate nurses, prioritizing high reliability practices, open communication, and a culture of learning.
