Job Description

Participate as a Technical Lead in development and maintenance of Oracle Commerce systems including co-ordination with 3rd party technical contacts & hands on troubleshooting and configuration.

Develop functional expertise in the application.

Understand requirements from business analysts and users.

Take lead in performing impact analysis, design and development and testing.

Manage Offshore team co-ordination.

Provide support during implementation.

Involvement in the entire SDLC.

Peer reviews of the code and design documents.

Must be willing to work hands-on on involved Systems.

Create the required technical documentation.

Provide input to set development coding standards, operating procedures in support of e-Commerce technology stack.

Working on one or more of the following – Microservices, Oracle Commerce, Oracle Commerce Cloud, Oracle CX and Cloud Solutions and Services on GCP / AWS Platform.

Working on various design patterns/frameworks.

To provide general technical support to e-commerce business users as required.

Lead, manage and mentor junior members in the team whenever required.

Active participation in lifecycle implementation of Returns project.

Understanding of performance analysis /tuning including cache tuning.

Should be able to work on integrations with 3rd party applications.

Travel: Requires travel and/or relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. approximately every 3 months to various client sites for 2 days or less to review client systems.
