Full job description

Description

Do you want to lead a strategic role that shapes how we work with Selling Partners to ensure the best possible Seller Experience on Amazon? Do you have the ability to see the big picture of Amazon's business, going into details with data and exercising business acumen? This is a leadership opportunity to drive programs that grow the business, requiring a strong level of judgment with a high level of executive visibility.

Amazon's US 3P Business represents an incredible opportunity to address a vast market segment and customer base and is an area of high interest for Amazon. We are focused on building solutions that enable our Sellers to grow and deliver unique products and services to customers. Our US 3P Business has an incredible opportunity and thus we can reinvent everything from the Seller experience to the Customer experience. Within US 3P, we are here to grow the Merchant Fulfilled Network (MFN) business at scale, and to do it without linearly scaling the effort required to support that growth.

We are looking for a Sr. Program Manager to grow the MFN business at scale. You will oversee dedicated workstreams on the key inputs of the business, own the goals for each, and drive partner teams across Amazon to deliver against them. As the business expands, this role will be directly responsible for setting those goals, building the mechanisms and reporting that keep workstreams on track, and ensuring new initiatives are evaluated consistently and scaled with confidence.

You will work with cross-functional tech teams, operations stakeholders, and business partners to translate business goals into clear workstream plans and hold owners accountable for delivery. The role involves significant use of data and stakeholder feedback to measure the health of the business inputs and is expected to make frequent senior-level presentations to drive decisions at both ongoing and strategic levels.

Key Program Management job functions are:

  • Own dedicated workstreams on the core delivery programs of the MFN business, setting goals and driving partner teams to deliver against them at scale

  • Design and implement standardized mechanisms in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, including a common intake process, shared reporting criteria, and success metrics so initiatives are evaluated consistently and scaled with confidence

  • Quantify and track progress against goals through rigorous data analysis, establishing clear baselines, KPIs, and reporting cadences for all workstreams

  • Drive adoption of automation, AI-driven tooling, and self-service solutions with partner teams so the business can grow without adding proportional operational effort

  • Address barriers through structured problem solving, stakeholder alignment, and coordination with internal engineering and operations partners

  • Partner with product and program managers across Amazon to identify reusable patterns, influence roadmaps, and share best practices for growing the business at scale

Key job responsibilities

  • 5+ years of end-to-end program delivery experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience owning/driving program strategy and goal definition

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive business growth and operational improvements

  • Experience as a program manager or owner

  • Experience driving cross-functional and partner teams to deliver shared goals

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

  • Knowledge of general AI tools

  • Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions
