e. Support HR with new-hire orientation, badge distribution, and special projects.

c. Coordinate furniture requests, layout resets, and space standards with Facilities and Property Management; Facilities/Property Management remain accountable for execution within their scopes.

d. Maintain awareness of space utilization, occupancy, and availability within the BAC.

e. Partner with Real Estate, Facilities, and Property Management teams to support effective workplace planning and space stewardship.

f. Coordinate with Learning & IT partners to support effective utilization of BAC meeting rooms and technology, including scheduling alignment and issue resolution.

b. Maintain awareness of daily building activity and large meetings that may impact operations.

c. Maintain and oversee a centralized BAC operations calendar to provide visibility into building usage activities, events, and special requests.

d. Provide operational governance and coordination for after-hours BAC events in alignment with policy, including tracking requests, confirming the appropriate approvers are engaged, coordinating with key stakeholders, and documenting event sponsor accountability; final approval and budget ownership remain with the designated approvers and event sponsors.
