Warehouse & E-Commerce Operations Coordinator

As you gain experience, you will have the opportunity to take on additional leadership responsibilities by helping coordinate daily warehouse activities and leading product preparation projects. ::: ::: {ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)"} Key Responsibilities ::: - Process e-commerce orders by picking, packing, and shipping products using our warehouse management system. - Receive, organize, and prepare inventory for customers who sell through client marketplaces. - Follow client's packaging, labeling, and shipping requirements to ensure compliance with marketplace standards. - Utilize shipping and warehouse software to process shipments accurately and efficiently. - Assist with coordinating daily workflow within the warehouse and provide guidance to team members as responsibilities grow. - Maintain accurate inventory organization and ensure products are properly staged for shipment. - Communicate effectively with team members to prioritize work and meet customer deadlines. - Adapt to the unique requirements of multiple customers, each with different fulfillment and preparation needs. - Contribute to a positive, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. ::: {ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)"} Qualifications ::: - Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, logistics, or e-commerce operations is preferred but not required. - Comfortable using computers and technology, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. - Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills. - Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with others. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. ::: {ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)"} What We're Looking For ::: ::: {ogsc="rgb(0, 0, 0)"} The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, and enjoys solving problems.
