What you’ll do:

  • Manage multiple sponsored production projects at a time, primarily across AR, video & creators campaigns, from kickoff through final delivery.

  • Serve as a day-to-day production contact for an assigned client or project portfolio, providing clear and timely communication throughout development.

  • Coordinate external creative services partners and vendors against agreed scope, schedule, budget, and Snap’s quality expectations.

  • Track assets, feedback, approvals, and delivery requirements; help ensure final assets are complete and distributed to the appropriate teams.

  • Identify production risks, dependencies, and schedule or scope changes early; propose practical solutions and escalate complex issues when needed.

  • Apply Snap’s ad-product requirements, platform guidelines, and creative best practices to help projects meet their objectives.

  • Maintain accurate project information and documentation in production and project-management tools.

  • Contribute to process improvements and share learnings that help the team deliver work efficiently and consistently.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong project-management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Clear, timely written and verbal communication; able to build productive working relationships with clients, agencies, vendors, and cross-functional partners.

  • Sound judgment in identifying issues, solving routine production challenges, and escalating risks appropriately.

  • Ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, feedback, approvals, and budgets or costs.

  • Interest in advertising, social media, creative production, AR, video, or creator-led content.

  • Comfortable learning and using project-management and productivity tools, such as Monday.com and Google Workspace.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in production, project management, creative operations, or a related role.

  • Experience coordinating multiple projects, stakeholders, or external partners while meeting deadlines.

  • Experience in advertising, branded content, creative production, or a related client-facing environment, or equivalent transferable experience.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience supporting advertising clients, agencies, production vendors, or creative services partners.

  • Familiarity with AR, video, creator campaigns, or social-platform advertising.

  • Experience with project-management tools and maintaining accurate project or CRM records.

  • Experience managing a high-volume workload and adapting to changing priorities.
