Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Hardware Technician:
-
Assemble, maintain, and repair equipment and hardware systems as required
-
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks
-
Follow instructions and interpret diagrams, schematics, or technical documentation
-
Document completed work accurately and maintain clear records
-
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organization
-
Deliver professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused support
-
Continuously learn new skills and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
Available shifts:
Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
-
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

Technical aptitude and a strong interest in electronics or hardware systems

Experience with equipment assembly, maintenance, or repair
-
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
-
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Detail-oriented, professional, and customer-focused mindset
-
Ability to follow instructions, read diagrams, and document work clearly
-
Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment

Background check and drug test required
