Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise storeroom operations, including inventory management, material distribution, ISO compliance, and daily oversight of a team supporting customer supply chain needs.

• Train, coach, and mentor employees while ensuring safe work practices, adherence to SOPs, productivity standards, and excellent customer service.

• Drive operational excellence by performing audits, resolving complex inventory and customer issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

• Collaborate with customers and leadership to manage reporting, inventory accuracy, service level performance, staffing needs, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3+ years of experience in inventory, warehouse, storeroom, or supply chain operations.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
